Dear Family,

My name is Natalia and I am very eager to find my new family to nanny for! I am a very experienced childcare provider with a lot of energy, endless patience, and a unique background in infant and child development. I really enjoy caring for Children and have a lot of experience with infants and toddlers.. I'm experienced with twins, assisting in everyday care, lovingly rocking babies to sleep and being attentive to their every need. I am flexible in schedule, for I know babies are on their own time clock in the beginning. My focus is not on the job, it's on what is needed and that requires a lot of flexibility, patience, and lots of TLC. I enjoy building relationships with children regardless of age. I have the ability to provide warm and consistent care. I am schedule-adaptable and very flexible. I have a very good concept of time and am always on time. I have worked as a live-in nanny, a live out nanny, and a preschool teacher.

Other duties include: maintaining a safe environment by allowing only authorized persons near children, recording parent location, remaining vigilant of unusual events, creating a positive child care climate by preparing various activities, playing games, avoiding conflict situations and nurturing self-esteem.
