Au Pair job description

Here's a brief description of the job :A terrific live-in au pair position looking after a 15 year old boy, light housekeeping and some cooking. We also have an 20 year old daughter is studying at Oxford. Both kids are terrific.

Hours can be flexible, with nights and weekends off. We are a warm, friendly American family living in a very nice house (5 bedrooms; 5 receptions rooms; nice garden) in Berkhamsted - suburbs just outside London (30 minute train ride). Car available. Au pair will have her own sunny room with TV, DVD and laptop computer hooked up to the internet.

Need someone who is responsible, mature, easy to live with, fun, non smoking, neat and very organised. PLEASE - APPLICANTS MUST SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH , AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE . Need to stay for at least 12 months, working Legally in the UK. Start date is flexbile (between mid Nov 08 and Feb 09). Car available - sometimes to be shared with Alexa when she is home from Univeristy. Au pair will have her own sunny room with TV, DVD and laptop computer hooked up to the internet as well as access to one of the 4 other computers in the house. Need someone who is responsible, mature, easy to live with, fun, non smoking, neat and very organised. PLEASE - APPLICANTS MUST SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH , AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE . Pls do not apply if you are not fluent in English, cannot drive or obtain a legal visa. Need to stay for at least 12 months.
