Au Pair or Nanny job description

My wife and I are looking for childcare for our 5 yr old son. Mom works away from home every other week. Dad works 3pm to 1am 5days a week. We are looking for someone mainly for evenings. We have a room for person to live-in full time or use when here part time. Could have most of every other week off as mom would be home, but could still be full time position if required. Have a great home with nice benefits for right person. You must be willing to assist child with homework assistance/reading daily (very little time required) and evening entertainment. Son goes to bed at 8:30 pm and wakes at approx. 7:45 am but parents can handle morning routine. Would like some help with basic household chores but priority is childcare. We are very easy going, fun and flexible and require someone with similar personality. Non-smoking household. Please contact us to discuss options. Have a great home andlove outdoor activities, (boating, ski/snowbaording, etc.) Our situation is a little different in that mom is away from home every other week so majority of help would be required on the weeks she is away. We are very flexible and could work with you on a schedule that would give you limited resposibility on weeks mom is home if that is what you need. Our son is a very mild mannered happy child who loves school, ( kindergarden) and wants to learn. We want you to enjoy assisting him in learning and enjoy helping his mind grow. We want you to be a part of the family and his and our freind. We have a golden retreiver who is part of the family and will love you immediately as you will him. We want you to have fun, both with us and without. Our main restrictions are no smoking, no drugs, and responsible hours and behavior if living with us or on your free days.
