Nanny job description

We are seeking care for our 3 year old daughter, we work 4 days a week 10 hour days. You must be able to effectively manage your time with little to no management. You also must be able to understand the need of a bright 3 year old that enjoys playing games and outside activities. We live 1.5 hours outside of Las Vegas in a town with a population of 1200. This requires you to be okay with a remote location and be able to self entertain : )

We are a family who love traveling, movies, and eating/cooking. We both work for the government in a remote location about 1.5 hours outside of Las Vegas. We love to try new activities and foods. We would love to have someone who will become a part of the family. Our daughter loves to play, laugh and surprise us. She is especially fond of art projects and baking. She is very bright and we required someone to challenge her intellectually, but also be comforting and understanding.
