Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear future host family!

I'm Agnieszka, my friends call me Aguta. I was born in 30th November 1993. I live in beautiful city - Wroclaw,in Poland. In Wroclaw we have the largest multimedia fountain in Europe! Here are many cultural events, concerts, art gallery etc. My city is constantly evolving! It is situated on the south-west part of Poland.

My immediate family consists of mother - Beata, father - Wladyslaw, sisters - Kate and Iwona. We live in a flat in four - Kasia left as, because she got married. Together with my mom, dad and sister live with a dog - Shake. He is so a unique dog. He looks as if he is wearing a mask - he have white body and blask head. We have meting very often, we go out, eating with my family, skiing- just spend time together. I love my family, they are very important for me, that's why I want to be part of a host family, not just an employee.

I takes care for children, who's 1-3 years old. It was Kasia G. - with beautyful eyes! She was born in July 2009 so wen I cared of her she was 1 -2years old. I changed her diapers, fed her, bathed her , played with her, learned to walk. I read books to her and I lulled her for sleep - I put her to bed, read and told stories and waited when she fall asleep. I took care of her from September 2010 to July 2011.

I cared also for two sisters Kasia and Natalia. I cared for them very often and I have with them a very good relation and really like to spend time together - I'm like their older sister. When I took care of Natalia, she was more than two years, Kasia was about a year. I spent time with them as with Kate G. I cared for children in kindergarten. I was the babysitter, that was 3 years ago. Children were from 1 year to 5 years.

Since October 2011 I drive a car and I passed driving exam in Februrary 2012. I'm driving a short time. My instructor( who taught me drive ) praises me that I drive well, he was almost in shock that this young person so well and fast mastered by car driving experience. I also like to driving!I'm cautious when I drive a car.I drove a car in difficult situations. In the snow, in rain, in the city, outside the city. So I can pick up your kids.

Future? I want to be happy. I dreams about trip around the world, meeting fantastic people and be helpful.I would like to set up a charitable organization for children in Africa. In the future I want to go to Senegal, so I'm going to learn French. I can also take care of your pets, if they do not bite:) When I back to Poland firsty I want to study I'm not sure witch college, so I want to hae gap year and fulfill my one dream - go to USA!

I like to play volleyball, basketball, skiing, ice-skate and roller skating. I love swimming, I dream of swimming with dolphins Hm... about animals - I wrote that I have a dog so I like animals and I can also take care of your pets, if they do not bite:)

I like read books. I like the author - Sparks. I really love music! I listen her everyday! Bands such as: Led Zeppelin, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Aerosmith. I hope I could go to concert Red Hot Chili Peppers in USA. I also like eat and get to know new flavors. I'm interested in photography, english, make up and characterization, travel, music, drums, ecology and psychology, so I'm not bored. I can also create something of clay or jewelry hand made. My profil school is >photography make up and characterization< so I can learn something your family. I am a Christian, but I have respect for every religion.

And finally I want to tell you why I chose the au pair program.I want to be au pair because I love traveling, meeting new people, getting to know other cultures and I want to speak perfect English and THE MOST IMPORTANT reason is that I want to have contact with children - because I'm so happy when I spend time with them, they give me a power and a lot of smile. They are very important part of my life.When I'm with kids It feels like I'm in a different world. A world without problems, with imagination, with truth, selfless love or love for sweets. :) I love to read books and watch the children as they fall asleep, play with them, feed them, teach to walk, do homework with them - it makes me happy!

I'm a person which you can not be bored! Sometimes my days are not sufficient long to realize my plans - what you can see in my video! That's all!
