Au Pair or Nanny job description
We are looking for a mature person to look after our 10 month old daughter in our home every Thursday night, date nights & occasional dentist/doctor appointments & work out days for Mum. We do not have a house phone. A cell is a requirement for emergency purposes. We actually live in Innisfil (Alcona).
Family's Message to Au Pair or Nanny
Our daughter is a rabunctious, active, loud & happy little girl. She loves to laugh, clap her hands, dance, crawl, walk, play with toys/you, observe & absorb everything/everyone around her. Slightly advanced socially for her age. Often described by friends & aquaintances as the happiest baby they've ever met. She can be a bit of a handful at times but I have all the faith in the world that you will love her just as much as we do.
We are very hands on with our daughter, we pretty much follow an attachment parenting style of rearing involving kindness & respect. We follow our daughter's cues to meet her needs at the same time trying to follow a routine/schedule & expect a similar approach by our child care provider. We are not just looking for any old babysitter, this is not just another job. Because we don't have many friends & no family in this area, we are looking for someone who we can accept into our family & feel comfortable with leaving our child in their capable loving hands, for years to come.
