Family's Message to Au Pair
Hello, and thank you for viewing our profile!
We are an active family of four currently living in Sudbury, Ontario, but moving to Bracebridge, Ontario this summer and we are seeking a caring, responsible, and fun au pair to help us out!
We're new to the au pair scene, but are looking for someone to live-in and help care for our two lovely children, Hayley, 6, and Liam, 5, while I attend medical school in Bracebridge, Ontario, next year. We are a professional couple who loves the outdoors, sports, and travel, and would love to welcome you to our family.
While you lived with us we would expect you to be responsible for gettting the kids ready for school, taking them to after-school activities, and caring for them/helping with homework in the evenings. They're pretty little still, so bed time is 8'o'clock sharp - your time is your own to explore after that!
Bracebridge is located in the famous Muskoka cottage region, two hours north of Toronto, and is perfect for outdoor enthusiasts - think canoeing, kayaking, hiking, skiing, swimming, you name it! You would also have the opportunity to travel on weekends off.
The job would include light housekeeping including laudry and preparing dinners and lunches.
We are bilingual, speaking both French and English fluently, but we would be happy with someone who spoke either language. Our children were born abroad, so we're excited to have a multicultural influence in our home.
We look forward to hearing from you, and welcome your questions!
Heather, Sean, Hayley and Liam
