Nanny job description
We are an active and caring family, looking for a loving and energetic person to help us care for our children while we work. We are looking for a part-time nanny/caregiver in our home for our son, age 4 1/2 who is in JK mornings, and daughter, who will be 1 year old in Feb. You must be a non-smoker, in good health and love being with children.
Start date would be mid-February, and days preferred are Mon/Wed/Friday. Could accommodate two days to start, ie. Mon/Wed, extending to three days per week after a month or so. The day would begin by 8:30 in the morning, in time for the walk to school.
Duties would include care of the children and engaging them in age appropriate activities, light household tasks related to the children (their laundry, tidying, cleanup through the day), and possibly light meal prep (putting a pre-made meal in the oven) for us. You will have fun, and interesting ideas to engage the children and be self-motivated in finding outside/local activities for the children.
Located in Old South, on convenient bus routes as well. Our family has two working professionals and a healthy and active lifestyle. We have a dog.
Salary is negotiable.

Dear Nanny, Our family of two children and dog and two professional parents are looking for a loving, caring, energetic caregiver for our children. We love the outdoors and being active. Near home we like to cycle, walk, run, play sports, and do whatever the season allows outside. We love books, music, and checking out what the local library and venues have available. We also love to camp, hike, canoe, travel and ski when we can. We have a larger, older home filled with character, near Wortley Village which we are lovingly restoring.
