Au Pair or Nanny's Message to Families

My 20 years of teaching experience as a trained teacher and my recent course undertaken in The Teaching of Reading together with my parenting skills in the development of my 3 children makes me an asset to any family. I will be able to transfer my skills in a home environment guiding and assisting with homework etc and even helping to develop reading skills. As one who has studied business, I will also be able to be a very efficient Personal Assistant for the family. Your children will be in the care of a responsible adult who will ensure that their academic development is not curtailed in any way.

I love reading aloud and my children still reminisce about the 'tuck-in' times that we had when they were young. I visualize myself reading to your children and using those fun moments as teachable moments. I still have that ability to interact with young persons in a fun way and maintain the boundary so that respect is not compromised.
