Au Pair job description
Caring for Children 5 and 7 years of age while mother works, One child is in school every day, the other goes every other day through the school week. Will need care for full days while younger child is home, will need help getting kids either to school or from school most days - the school is only 3 blocks from my home. Will need occasional care while I work midnights and weekends as well.
I own a modest 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with a partly finished basement. There is enough room for another to have their own room, on the main floor of the house, but shared kitchen and bathroom.
Family's Message to Au Pair
Hi there, I am considering an Au Pair for my family. I am a 30 year old woman with 2 children living alone, working full time who needs help caring for my children while I work. Both children are in school, however, One is only in school part time. I am a hospital worker who works midnights and weekends as well. It has been very hard for me to find someone who provides good care for my children, and so I have turned to this site to see what may come of it. I would prefer and older/mature "grandmother figure" to care for my children if possible. Please note that this is just something I am considering at this time. Thank you for reading.
