Au Pair's Message to Families

Dear Host Family, First let me introduce myself. My name is Monika and I am 19. I live in a little village near the small and nice town Boleslawiec, which is famous from the ceramics. In this year I finished secondary school and passed secondary-school final exam. I finished theses 12 years of the music school in the class of the piano. So, music is my life and I dedicated her a lot of time. I love play piano, sing and dance. I like all kinds of sports too. I am lifeguard, so I swim often. I also have a certificate of competency of motorboat helmsman. In the secondary school I was in the sport class. I like play basket-ball, volleyball, etc. I love trying new things. I like getting to know new people and to travel. In my free time I like meeting with friends and talking with them, and of course playing the piano, singing and dancing. My Family plays an important role in my life. I have an older sister Klaudia. We have a great relationship. She always help me, when I have a problem and make me smile. She is studying management at the economic university. She is very clever. With my mother and father I have a good relationship too. We can speak about everything. They are very protective. We like spending the time together and traveling. I love my family! So, except music I am interested in make-up, characterization and in the next year I would like to begin the studies of jazz music or make-up. I am not lazy and I don't want to waste this year. So I would like to get to know something about other nations, cultures and people. So I think that au pair program gives me this possibility. I have decided to be an au pair because of course I would like to improve my English language. USA was always my dream and I would like to fulfill my goals. I love working with children and I have experience. When I take care of children we always spend the time actively. We play, learn, draw. I teach the children play piano, simple songs and we sing together. I am lifeguard, so I like swimming with children, I teach they how to swim too. The children are safe with me, because during courses on the lifeguard I also learnt first aid. I am a very responsible person, I am very cheerful, friendly and polite. I have a good contact with children and I enjoy when I can make they smile. I will be so happy if you will accept me so I can take care of your children.
